This video includes specific diet, supplements and treatment tips to eliminate candida quickly.

1) Foods to Remove – sugar, grains and foods that are cold.

Sugar – A white thrush on your tongue shows that yeast is feeding on excess sugar in your body.
Grains – Grains break down into sugar quickly.
Cold foods – Ice water, ice cream and cold smoothies will burden your spleen as opposed to warm foods.

2) Candida Cleanse – 3-day cleanse before starting the diet

Consume a bone broth and vegetable soup for 3 days consisting of: chicken broth, vegetables (onions, celery, garlic and kale) as well as a small amount of chicken and sea salt.

3) Candida Diet

Steamed vegetables (Easier to digest)
Fermented vegetables (Sauerkraut and kimchi)
Bone broth
Organic meat (organic chicken, wild-caught salmon etc.)
1-2 servings per day of starchy vegetables (butternut squash, spaghetti squash, pumpkin etc.)

Replacing grains and sugars with these will help nourish the spleen and body. More information about the candida diet is found at:
