Oregano is a powerful oil that can be taken internally to maintain a healthy immune system. We use oregano when we are sick or when we have been expose to sicknesses. Oregano supports healthy digestion, healthy respiratory function, immune boosting, calm the nervous system, supports healthy liver function, a healthy cardiovascular system, and provides a powerful antioxidant system. Oregano can contribute to a better health and wellness.

Oregano can be applied topically to the skin when mixed with a carrier oil. I like to make a roller bottle with 15 drops oregano and the rest fractioned coconut oil. Apply to the bottom of feet and down the spine to support a healthy immune system.

Oregano is very powerful and I like to have it on hand when we come down with a sickness. It is one of the oils I use in my immune boosting blends.

Immune boosting roller bottle contains 2 drops wild orange, 2 drops cinnamon, 2 drops eucalyptus, 2 drops melaleuca, 2 drops frankincense, and 2 drops oregano.

To make the roller bottle add the essential oils to an empty 10mL roller bottle and top off with fractionated coconut oil.
